PAPERS AND PERIODICALS
RESTRICTION ON STREET SALES REFUSED (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 15. A recommendation that no action be taken on the request by the Wellington Booksellers' Association that the sale of newspapers and periodicals in the streets be restricted to the daily papers and race cards was made by the By-laws Committee of the Wellington City Council, and was adopted.
