EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHS

The exhibition of aerial and other photographs dealing with the Imperial Airways service between England and Australia, which is at present being shown in the Somerset Lounge, Savoy Buildings, continues to attract considerable public interest. Secured on loan from Imperial Airways, Ltd., and The Times, London, this exhibition embodies over 200 photographs, many of which have been taken by the infra-red process, as well as a number of scale models of the aeroplanes and seaplanes used by Imperial Airways. Messrs A. Crawford and R. Sherriff are in charge of the display and provide a well-informed commentary on the photographs, which show many of the principal features of the route taken by the Eng-land-Australia planes, and which, in many cases, are masterpieces _ of the photographer’s art. The exhibition wifi be continued until the end of the week.
