NEGRO SHOT DEAD
SEIZED FROM POLICE BODY THROWN INTO THICKET WHITE BLUFF (Tennessee), Nov. 4. (Received Nov. 5, at 9 p.m.) Baxter Bell, aged 45, a negro, who was accused of slapping a white woman, was seized from.the police by a mob to-day, taken several- miles, from the town, and shot in the chest and killed. The body was thrown into a thicket.
