NORTH CHINA INCIDENTS
DEMAND BY JAPANESE LONDON, October 30. (Received Oct. 31, at 1 a.m.) The Times Peking correspondent says the Japanese military command in North China has sent a Note to the Chinese authorities at Peking and Tientsin demanding the immediate suppression of all anti-Japanese and anti-Manchukuo activities in North China under threat of drastic action.
