A FRESH OUTBREAK SEVERAL CASUALTIES (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 23. (Received Oct. 24, at 10 p.ra.) The Colonial Office announces that a fresh riot occurred at Camden Park, three miles from Kingstown, Windward Islands, where a lorry carrying volunteers and special constables was attacked. One volunteer and one special constable were injured, while one rioter was killed and four injured. Twenty-four men landed from the Challenger were kept in reserve, enabling the volunteers to control the position.
