A BACKSTROKE RECORD (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) BERLIN, October 20. (Received Oct. 21, at 8 p.m.) An American, Adolf Kiefer, claims to have established a world’s backstroke record for 100 metres, his time being C7scc.
