EXPORT OF MUNITIONS
DECREE ISSUED IN FRANCE REGULATIONS TIGHTENED • PARIS, September 12. (Received Sept. 12, at 8.30 p.m.) An official journal publishes a decree drastically tightening the regulations against the export of war materials from France and Algeria without the authorisation of the Government The decree extends to all such exports, and requires exporters receiving permission to give a bond against the re-export of goods to a-ny country other than that specified. . A preface signed by M. Laval states that the Government desires to reinforce control in conformity with the spirit shown by competent bodies at Geneva.
