ITALY'S NOTE ISSUE
SUSPENSION OF XOINAGE DEVALUATION NOT IMPLIED LONDON, July 24. (Received July 24, at 10.15 p.m.) The Times Rome correspondent says experts declare that the suspension of the gold cover does not imply devaluation. The Government intends to reconstitute the gold reserves at the earliest possible time and will meet all engagements.
