THE FLOODS IN CHINA RECOVERY OF BODIES (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) * SHANGHAI, July 18. It is estimated that 2000 square miles of Shantung province are inundated by flood waters. Fourteen thousand bodies have been recovered in two cities. In the Hupeh province the death roll
is at least 50,000. The Yellow River floods are believed to have drowned 30,000.
