HAWKE’S BAY HUNT MEETING
(Special to Dailt Times) WELLINGTON, July 19. The annual race meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Hunt Club will be held at Hastings to-morrow. The fixture is .of minor importance, and the fields are mostly composed of local horses. The track is in good order, and the single pool system of betting will operate. The following horses may be supported in their engagements:— Noon—Otane Hurdles. —Cotsfield and Lady Spy. 12.40 — Okawa Maiden.—Granvale and Mona Lisa. 1.20 — Hawke’s Bay Hunt Cup.—The Ranger and Panpadair. 2.0 Riverslea Handicap.—Maine and Xres Sec. 2.40 Soutra Hunters’ Flat. —Miss Pango and Cometra. 3.20 Waitangi Handicap.—Thane and Silver Song. 4.0 — Tikoldno Handicap.—Hest and Royal Bengal.
