YACHTING DISPUTE

DELEGATES' ELECTION UPHELD The Otaeo Yacht and Motor Boat Association held a meeting last night. Thai* present were Messrs E. T. Moller (president), W. O. Martin, H. M. Nees. W. T. Rowland, A. W. Hazelwood, R. Cahill, D. Jenkins, T. Cuthbert, W. Webber, and the secretary (Mr A. Burt). A letter was received from VauxhalL Club regarding its delegates, and, after discussion, the following resolution was carried unanimously:—"That the association, having heard the contentions of Messrs Alex. Burt and E. T. Moller,' considers that these delegates have been propeuly elected as such in accordance with the rules until the next annual meeting of the association."
