STATE PARLIAMENT CLOSE OF THE SESSION SYDNEY, April 12. The State Parliament, the session of which closed last night, will be dissolved by proclamation to-day, thus clearing the stage for the election campaign in New South Wales. The session ended dramatically with a " count out," Labour members who sought to prolong the sitting being outwitted by this parliamentary expedient, which has not been forced on a New South Wales Government since 1889. To "count out" the House the Government members left the chamber in twos and threes until fewer than 20 members remained. SITTINGS ENDED FEDERAL PARLIAMENT RISES CANBERRA, April 12. The sittings of the Federal Parliament ended last night, and both Houses rose until a date to be fixed. THE PEARLING FLEET TOLL OF THE CYCLONE PERTH, April 12.
