Keports of meetings of brandies are requested, but they should be furnished promptly, for the publication of reports that are not supplied wlthlß a week from the date of the meeting cannot be assured. The Warrington branch of the W.D.F.U. held its annual meeting on April 30. The following officers were elected:- —President, Mrs M'Aleese; vicepresident. Mrs Kemp; secretary, Mrs Devlin. The prizes for attendance were awarded to "Mrs Crawford and Mrs Kemp, the winner of the_ evening competition being Miss Bothwick. # * « The Milburn-Clarendon branch held its annual meeting on Friday, April 5, when the office-bearers for the ensuing year were elected; President (re-elected), Mrs Elliott; secretary (re-elected), Mrs Horn; vice-presidents, Mrs Cullen (re-elected), Mrs Anderson; committee —Mrs Casey (re-elected), Mrs Leal (re-elected), Gardyne, Ashworth, D. Jensen, R. Taylor (re-elected), Driver (re-elected), Kane (re-elected). Young (re-elected), Fowler (re-elected), Cook (re-elected), and W. Hare. The roll cal! was, “ Where I’d Like to Holiday in New Zealand.” The competitions were—-(1) Girdle Scones, won by Mrs Horn; and (2) Pikelets, won by Mrs Fowler. Hostesses were Mesdameg Lawrence, Leal, and Gardyne. »!< * At the annual meeting of the Dunedin branch, the following officers for the year were elected:-—President, Mrs Stuart Moore: vice-presidents —Mesdames P. Grey, G. W. Rowlatt, and D. Munro; secretary, Mrs Angus Cameron; treasurer, Mrs J, Leatham; and committee — AJesdames J. Brook. L. ,Croot, and G. Kichan, and Miss Hallum.
