SECESSION PETITION
THE DATE OF HEARING LONDON, March 12, The Western Australian secessionists announce that they have briefed Brigadier-general J. H. Morgan and Mr Paul Springman to represent them before the Joint Select Committee, which will report whether or not the petition can be received. The hearing begins on March 27. Brigadier-general Morgan, barrlster-at-law, is legal editor of “ Encyclopaedia Britannica ” and professor of constitutional law at the University College, London.
