CABINET CONSIDERATION COMMENT IN THE OBSERVER LONDON, March 10. The Observer, in welcoming the fact that the Cabinet Committee will examine Mr Lloyd George's proposals, hopes that Ministers will realise that if they do not adopt a considerable number of the schemes they will greatly worsen, their own standing in public opinion, which definitely favours subsidising' work instead of idleness.
