Twenty started, , including Equipoise, Mate, and Twenty; Grand. ■ , Azucar is an Irish steeplechaser who was unable to win a race in England, and was shipped to America as a steeplechaser. . The only Canadian horse, Ted Clark, wag fourth after making the pace throughout. Time, 2min 2 l-ssec. Equipoise, the far* ourite, never threatened the winner.
