FLORISTS’ SLOGAN
COMPETITION AMONG SCHOOLS RESULTS ANNOUNCED. The results of the florists’ slogan competition, which was conducted among primary school children of the Dominion, were announced at the conference of the Horticultural Trades Association yesterday morning. The first and second prizes went to the same boy. The winning slogans were as follows: “Let Flowers Deliver Your Message,” submitted by Pat Ralph, Upper Moutere, Nelson 1 “Flowers Seal Friendship,” Pat Ralph, Upper Moutere, Nelson .. 2 "For Health or Wealth Give Flowers,” Eric Murphy, Judgeford School, Pahautanui 3
