Abbott war, leading by half a point from F. K. Rolling at the end of the fourth round this evening, Abbott having won three games and drawn one, and Kelling have won three and lost one. Play so far has been very interesting and even. Results: —■ THIRD ROUND. - Hardy beat Gray. Severne drew with Dunlop. Armstrong drew with Dyer. Erskine beat Kelling. Beyer beat Le Petit. Gyles beat Watt. Darwin beat Scott. Hicks v. Friberg, not finished. FOURTH ROUND. Beyer beat Armstrong. Kelling beat Hardy. Le Petit beat Dunlop. Erskine beat Darwin. Abbott beat Gyles.
