REHEARSAL OF PROCESSION LONDON, November 15. (Deceived Nov. 16, at 1.30 a.m.) Londoners had their first glimpse of the royal wedding arrangements when a procession of five luggage wagonettes, driven by royal coachmen, and escorted by squadrons of' Lifeguards, trotted from Buckingham Palace to -Westminster Abbey along the route to be followed on November 29, ofScials carefully timing the procession. There will be other rehearsals. 1
