(Received Nov. 12, at 10 p.m.) The Daily Mail's Vienna correspondent says: "Austria is seething with unrest, and 800 Communists and Socialists have been arrested as a precaution to avoid a demonstration on November 12, the anniversary of the founding of the republic.
