CALCUTTA, September 17.

The leaders of all parties in Bengal and of every section of the community, also every shade of political thought, have decided to offer. whole-hearted cooperation to the Government in eradicating terrorism in the province. The conference decided that what was most urgently needed was the organisation of systematic publicity and propaganda, on a wide scale to overcome misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the Government’s policy, ensuring healthy contact between the Government and people.
