Vicious bulls may no longer be a menace to passers-by if a scheme recently tried out in England proves successful. When the animal is fitted with a mask the covering serves as a blinder. The bull sees only what is on the ground directly in front of him. The device is the result of experiments on a Hertfordshire farm.
