THE TEXTILE STRIKE
A FEW MILLS REOPENED WASHINGTON, September 10. (Received Sept. 11, at 11.15 p.m.) A few cotton mills were reopened in the south to-day under heavy military protection. Clashes occurred in New England between pickets and company guards, several being injured.
