LINDSAY EXPEDITION

SLEDGE JOURNEY COMPLETED ACROSS GREENLAND ICE CAP (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 10. The Lindsay Arctic Expedition arrived at Angmagsalik (Greenland) on Saturday after a 1000 miles journey by dog sledge across the Greenland Icecap. The leader of this British Arctic expedition is Lieutenant Martin Lindsay, and he had only two companions on the perilous journey. The expedition was engaged in further exploration of the mountainous area, which entailed crossing the icecap ut its widest part, which is about 9000 feet high.
