SPRING SCENES BY RAIL
CHEAP SIGHT-SEEING. New Zealand has more than 3000 route miles of traversing landscapes which are beautiful all the year round and are specially charming in the spring. With ordinary fares at less than Id a mile, second class, and a slight fraction over Id first' class, and special concessions for families and parties, the Railways Department is doing its utmost to encourage New Zealanders to see their own marvellous country, which is now universally recognised as “The Wonderland of the Pacific.”
