FARMER AND HIS BRIDE A Canadian farmer at Queensville, Ontario, Mr John Steele, has married an English woman whom ho has loved and waited for for 22 years without once seeing her. She was Mrs Violet Sparks. In 1912 Mr John Steele was engaged to a girl, but the parents objected to her marrying a young and impoverished man. So he sailed for Canada to seek his fortune, and now he has made it. He returned to England and renewed his courtship with the love of his youth, whom he found had become a widow, His bride went back with him to Canada, and now they have been married in the village church.
