MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING

OTAGO’ASSOCIATION : -The close of the seventh round of teams’ matches in tbs A grade has made a differences in the individual plac- : ings in ‘ the championships. The teams in the A grade are not altered to any degree, ,but the B grade teams’ competition is now at a more interesting stage than at any previous period during the present season. The fact that Citizens No. 1 drew with D.S.A. on Monday night makes the forecasting of this season’s championship B grade team a difficult proposition, although the end of the season is practically in sight. Another point in Monday night’s match would have placed Citizens in an almost assailable position, but as things have turned out the B grade teams have to light to a finish to decide the question of supremacy. Barnett’s, Citizens and D.S.A. will still be in the running. Railway No. 1 ’ having finished, tying with these teams, who still have one match to fire. * The tabulated lists of A and B grade teams and A and B individual aggregates, also the position of the ladies’ championship, are as follows: A GRADE TEAMS* CHAMPIONSHIP.
