THE. CHOICE' OF TEN COMMANDMENTS ISSUED ;-_:- LONDON,- August 24. (Received August 26, at 5.5 p.m.)' The Berlin correspondent of The Times says that the Health Commission has issued 10 commandments for the choice of .spouses, including: "Thou ehalt not remain single if of healthy inheritance"; "thou shalt.seek no playmate,, but a companion for healthy.marriage" ; and "thou shalt not marry the only good member of a bad family."
