CHANCELLOR QUESTIONED FREE STATE'S INDEBTEDNESS. LONDON, June 18. Nevertheless he adhered to Mr Thomas’s statement that when the Exchequer was recouped for the loss caused through the Irish default, the duties would cease. MONETARY POLICY. NO TIME FOR DISCUSSION.
