RELATIONS WITH JAPAN A CONFERENCE LIKELY (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, June 10. White House intimates that President Roosevelt held a preliminary talk with the Japanese Ambassador, possibly to arrange a meeting between the President and leading Japanese statesmen at Honolulu in August at a great conference to cement the United States and Japanese relations and obliterate war talk.
