OF NEW ZEALAND, LTD., have received instructions from the Trustees in the Estate of the late Stewart M'Leod, to sell by Public Auction, as above:— The Well-known Taieri Property "Granton" Farm, comprising:— ■, 105 ACRES, more or less, EXCELLENT CROPPING and DAIRYING LAND. This highly productive property is situated within one mile of Shands Railway Siding, and less than two miles from Outram. Since the early days it has been owned by the family, and has never changed hands. It comprises some of the richest land on the Taieri, and 'is eminently suitable for dairying, cropping, or grazing. It is free from floods, splendidly drained, and boundary fenced by live hedges and post and wire. There is a useful plantation.
