EVIDENCE BEFORE COMMISSION. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 22. At Belmont, Surrey, the London County Council owns a wonderful lamboratoiy where a staff of 20 chemists under the supervision of three doctors spend their time manufacturing anti-toxin serums for diphtheria, smallpox, and other contagious diseases.
