COMPLAINTS AGAINST DELAY PROVISION FOR URGENT CASES. (Peb United Chess association.) WELLINGTON. May 18. The announcement that arrangements had been .made for Mr Justice Blair to take urgent cases before the Arbitration Court during the absence of Mr Justice Frazer on the Dairy Commission was made to-day by the Minister of Labour (Mr A. Hamilton). Replying to a deputation from the Trades and Labour Council, which protested against the delay which had occurred in dealing with compensation claims, the Minister pointed out that the delay did not appear to bo any greater at present than was normal, He said that the judges of the Supreme Court were fully occupied with other work, and it would possibly be early in Juno before Mr Justice Blair could arrange to deal with Arbitration Court cases.
