CANTER IN ROTTEN ROW LONDON, May 11. (Received May 12, at 0.30 a.m.) Glorious weather tempted the King to resume his morning ride in Hyde Park, the first time since 1932. He left-the Palace at 8 a.m. for half an canter in Rotten row.
