THE SOUTHERN SECTION ELECTRIFICATION SCHEME. (Bruise Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 1. (Received May 2, at 5.5 p.m.) A further stage of Southern Railways great scheme of electrification was opened when the first electric train ran from London beyond Bickley to St. Mary’s Cray. The electrification is to be carried on to Scvenoaks at a cost of £500.000.
