Tasting 500 samples of ice cream in two days was the chilly task of six men at Olympia, London, lately. They were the judges in competitions for the best ice cream sent to the fourth National Dairy and Ice Cream Exhibition. To finish their task by ihe specified time made it necessary for the judges to sample ice creams at the rate of at least 25 per hour!
