(3) If a letter contains defamatory statements and these are circulated, the person concerned may take,steps to secure damages against those publishing the defamatory statements. This, however, Is a matter of legal process, and it would bo advisable to consult a solicitor before taking definite action if such was contemplated. as. being necessary in the circumstances. (4) The question whether the lender should collect or the borrower should return the gramophone records Is surely not Impossible of amicable adjustment between two people who have been on friendly terms.
