A sensation followed the ahnounce- ■ toent of a discoverj, as the result of a laboratory examination at Dijon, of poisons, such as cocaine and chloroform, ■ in parts of the viscera of -Judge Prince. "Otherj parts of the viscera are undergoing examination. Mystery surrounds the whereabouts of Stavisky's personal papers, none of which was found at his home or offices. M. Hurlaux, assistant prosecutor in the. Appeal Court,' who was involved in the postponements of the Stavisky case, haa been relieved of his position. He endeavoured to swallow poison in the office of the senior judge, Lescouve, who S notified him of his dismissal.
