THE DROUGHT BROKEN
WELCOME RAIN IN ENGLAND LONDON, February 25./ (Received Feb. 26, at 1.15 a.m.) The drought has been broken by a light drizzle in London, while there have been heavy falls in Liverpool, Swansea, and the West of England. Further substantial falls are, however, needed to allay apprehensions of a water famine.
