LITERATURE IN CANADA A MEMBER'S ALLEGATION. OTTAWA, February 24. (Received Feb. 25, at 10 p.m.) Alleging that Dr L. Kempf, German Consul-general, was distributing pro-Nazi and anti-Jewish literature in Canada, Mr S. W, Jacobs, a Jewish member of the House of Commons, will moye on Monday that Berlin be asked to recall him.
