4 FINE WEEK-END. Fine, sunny weather, with a 'strong north-east breeze, prevailed on Saturday. The conditions were mild and very pleasant. There was a brilliant sunshine all day yesterday, with a very slight breeze blowing from the north-west. TheS maximum temperature was 88deg. CONDITIONS IN THE NORTH. ( (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, February 25. > Fine and hot weather was experienced' during the week-end, though the sky was overcast occasionally yesterday morning. The prevailing wind wag north-easterly. The barometer registered So.4oin until mid-day. when it commenced to fall. CHRISTCHURCH, February 25. Christchurch enjoyed perfect summer weather ■ during the week-end. The sun shone from a cloudless sky all yesterday and to-day. A light north-east breeze was blowing. The barometer is high and, steady.
