GERMAN OFFER TO AUSTRIA A SPECIAL BROADCAST. VIENNA, February 22. (Received Feb. 23, at 11.30 p.m.) Herr Habicht, in a special broadcast from Munich, offered Dr Dollfuss _ further peace terms, including the raising of the trade and tourist embargo as soon as Austrian Nazis are given a share in the Government. He emphasised that Austria had nothing to lose and everything to gain in closer unity with Germany. He also outlined Herr Hitler s four-year programme for Austria when Nazis were in the Government.
