BLIZZARD IN AMERICA MANY TRAINS SNOWBOUND. NEW YORK, February 21. (Received Feb. 22, at 10 p.m.) Fifteen trains carrying 4000 passengers are snowbound in' Rhode Island. An expectant mother started for a hospital from Westbury, Long Island, in a doctor's car, which stuck in a snow drift, but a fire engine tractor pulled them out, and the woman reached hospital in time for the bixih of twin boys. A Wall street broker arrived at his office with two horses hitched to a sleigh, the first one seen in New York for many years. Subway riders on some lines were frantic when the doors froze and the trains carried themjbeyond their stations.
