ESTIMATES OF BALANCE LONDON, February 22. (Received Feb. 22, at 11 p.m.) The Board of Trade estimates the balance of national payments for 1933 as follows: — Excess of imports. £264,000,000, Shipping income, £65,000,000, Income from overseas investments, £155,000,000, Receipts from commissions, £30,000,000. Other sources, £10,000,000, Leaving a final debit of £4,000,000, compared with a debit of £104,000,000 in 1931 and £56,000,000 in 1932.
