CAPTAIN EDEN IN BERLIN SATISFACTORY PROGRESS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 21. Herr Hitler, after conferring with Captain Eden, was the guest at a luncheon at the British Embassy. Disarmament conversations were later resumed.
