Harry Burgess, £2 17s 6d, for board and lodging, with costs (£1 6s 6d); National Electrical and Engineering Company, Ltd., v. C. S. M'Gill, £7 lis, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 10s 6d). JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Andrew Lees, Ltd., v. J. H. Main, claim for £3 158 9d.—After evidence had been given by the judgment debtor on his financial position, the magistrate refused to make an order.
