TROOPS AND AIRCRAFT THREE THOUSAND PILOTS (United Press'Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, January 16. (Received Jan. 17, at 7 p.m.) General Bourgeois informed the Senate that Germany, in the event of mobilisation in 1033-4, could place 20 to 30 strong divisions in the.field soon thereafter, including disciplined youth labour camps. One hundred divisions, fully equipped and mechanised, and 500 aircraft were immediately available. Germany had 3000 certificated pilots, or tenfold civil requirements. German youth were being educated in the spirit of 1913. General Bourgeois added: “Yon cannot superheat a nation’s entire youth without {he risk of explosion.” THE TREATY OF VERSAILLES. Pull copies of the Treaty of Versailles will shortly be made available to every German soldier and sailor to “enable them to gain the fullest knowledge of the peace stipulations.” Hitherto they have only been supplied with the military clauses of the treaty.
