DECEASED ESTATE

MEETING OF CREDITORS A meeting of creditors in the deceased estate of Isabella King Dick, of Owaka, was held yesterday before the official assignee (Mr J. W. Adam). The husband, John Dick, of Riversdale, was named as executor., Assets were set down at £33 13s 9d, comprising £25 5a 3d in the bank and £8 8s fid money due. Liabilities and debts amounted to £l3B 2s lid, the largest items being £4l 2s owing to G. Fraser (Balclutha) and £4O owing to Mrs 0. Osborne (Owaka). The ‘deficiency'was £lO4 9s 2d. The affairs of the deceased were reviewed by the assignee, and it was decided to adjourn . the meeting to enable a fuller investigation to be .made.
