NO DUMPING DUTY
CANADIAN DECISION OTTAWA, November 29. An order issued by the Department of National Revenue to-day states that Canada will not impose a dumping duty to offset the depreciated currencies of foreign countries unless foreign currency was at a discount of more than 5 per cent, in relation tp the Canadian dollar.
