MONGOLIAN PRINCES
AGREEMENT WITH CHINA '% PEKING, November 21. An agreement has been reached under which the Mongolian princes will accept district autonomy instead of complete self-government. It provides that Mongol revenues shall bn spent in Mongolia, and that Chinese colonists will be prevented from encroaching further on grazing lands.
